| Top Xelector undertakes to make a reasonable effort to avoid conflicts of interests, and, when they cannot be avoided, ensures that its clients are failrly treated. |
| Defaults on payments |
| Top If as a policyholder you default on any payment due to Xelector, we will write to you to inform you of the default and ask you to make the required payment. We will also notify you that failure to make the required payment will result in the cancellation of your policy. Should the required payment not be received by Xelector within 7 working days of the first letter, we will write to you again to inform you that we are cancelling your policy. We will then cancel your policy. |
| Claims |
| Top You should be aware that in the event of a claim you will be required to pay an excess amount. The excess amount for a policy can be found by consulting the policy wording. You should check the excess amount before completing the contract of insurance. |
| General |
| Top The information on this website is for residents of the UK only. We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our control. If any part of these Conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
